We LOVE Cool Cat Cafe. We used to frequent their Lahaina location, and now we enjoy seeing so many of the same faces in their Kihei spot. For food, my husband always gets the Duke Burger, and I'll switch it up between the Luna, Don Ho, or Blue Suede Shoes for burgers. They are also well known for their milkshakes (regular AND 21). We get the Grasshopper (or sometimes make a custom milkshake) and love it! Of course a basket of the frings (fries and onion rings) is necessary. We love Cool Cat and are so grateful they reopened in Kihei!
The restaurant sets the vibe with its retro decor, and serves classics. If you’re looking for a burger or sandwich there are many options to choose from. I had the porky pig sandwich - a pulled pork sandwich, with sweet tangy bbq sauce that reminds me of the best rib fests I’ve been to. Great food, great experience
The food is fantastic!!!! Big portions we had so much food we split the meal:)! The icream is out of this world!!!! One serving filled two cups!!! We split the ice cream two. This is a fun place to eat. We had a really kind waitress that just made our day
We were very impressed with the cheeseburgers, onion rings and fries here. Yum! There’s a ton of seating indoors and a lot of tables outside, as well. Service was excellent (and very friendly) and our food came out super fast! A friendly, tasty place for lunch or dinner. Good prices (and Root Beer floats) too. Definitely recommended!
Weirdly, a highlight of our Maui trip was grabbing dinner here after a long day of exploring the island! We got the Loco motion and Patsy Klein along with a chocolate milkshake. It was all delicious. If I ever visit Maui again, I’ll be back here. The servers were friendly, and the vibe is overall great.
A group of us stopped in for lunch and it was fantastic! I opted for the Bogey Burger, best burger on Maui! Great vibe to the place too and the staff were friendly and quick! I look forward to my next trip to Cool Cats!
I’ve had a lot of burgers in my day, but the burger I got here was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, not overloaded with any one topping, and the fries were amazing as well. You have to try the Oreo shake too. Visit this place if you’re staying around Kihei, you won’t regret it
